How to Track Your Order

1. Check Your Order Confirmation Email As soon as you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number and details. Keep this handy for reference.

2. Look Out for Your Shipping Confirmation Once your order has been dispatched, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel directly with our courier partner.

3. Track Your Parcel Simply click the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to see the real-time status of your delivery.

Delivery Timeframes

  • We deliver exclusively within South Africa
  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date your order is dispatched
  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and courier schedules

Haven't Received Your Tracking Information?

If it's been more than 2 business days since you placed your order and you haven't received a shipping confirmation, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, feel free to reach out to us and we'll happily look into it for you.

Order Status FAQs

My tracking says "no movement" — should I be worried? Sometimes tracking updates can take a little time to reflect, especially soon after dispatch. If there's been no movement for more than 2 business days, please contact us and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has shipped? Once an order has been dispatched, we're unable to change the delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you've made an error, and we'll do our best to assist before your order ships.

What if my order is marked as delivered but I haven't received it? Please check with household members, neighbours, or your building's reception/security first, as couriers sometimes leave parcels with someone able to receive them. If you still can't locate it, contact us right away so we can investigate with our courier partner.
