What does Ikaya Living sell? We specialise in shoe racks and home essentials designed to help you keep your home organised, functional, and beautiful.

Are your products in stock? Product availability is shown on each product page. If an item is out of stock, it will be marked as such — feel free to contact us if you'd like to be notified when it's back.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it? If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us at support.kayaliving@gmail.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we can only make changes if your order hasn't been shipped yet.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver to? We currently deliver exclusively within South Africa.

How long does delivery take? Orders are delivered within 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

Do you offer tracking? Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking information so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

What if I'm not home to receive my delivery? Our courier partners will typically attempt redelivery or leave instructions for collection. If you have specific delivery instructions, please include them at checkout or contact us directly.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there's an issue with your order, please contact us at support.kayaliving@gmail.com within a reasonable time of receiving your item, and we'll be happy to assist.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty? Please contact us immediately at support.kayaliving@gmail.com with photos of the damaged or faulty item, along with your order number, so we can resolve this for you as quickly as possible.

How long do refunds take to process? Once a return is approved, refunds are typically processed within a few business days, though it may take longer for the funds to reflect depending on your bank.

What payment methods do you accept? We accept secure online payments through the payment options available at checkout on our Shopify store.

Is my payment information secure? Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We do not store your card details.
