At Ikaya Living, we want your home essentials to reach you quickly and safely. Please read below for details on our shipping process.

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver exclusively within South Africa. Unfortunately, we are not able to ship orders internationally at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date your order is dispatched
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, courier availability, and factors outside our control (such as load-shedding, weather, or high demand periods)

3. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the size/weight of your order. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. For more details, please see our Track Order page.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make reasonable attempts to deliver your order to the address provided at checkout. If delivery is unsuccessful:

  • The courier may leave a notification with instructions for redelivery or collection
  • It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery, or that appropriate arrangements are made
  • Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges in some cases

7. Incorrect Delivery Details

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support.kayaliving@gmail.com, and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.

8. Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery timeframes, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, adverse weather, high order volumes, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if any significant delays arise.

9. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or if your parcel appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at support.kayaliving@gmail.com with your order number, so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
