Welcome to Ikaya Living. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store (the "Store"), operated by Urban Commerce (Pty) Ltd, trading as Ikaya Living.

By accessing our Store or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Store.

We sell shoe racks and home essentials. We make every effort to display our products, including descriptions, images, and pricing, as accurately as possible. However:

Colours, dimensions, and finishes may vary slightly from what is shown due to photography, lighting, or screen display settings.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing your order, using one of the secure payment methods available at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

5. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirms that we have received your order, but does not guarantee product availability or acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order, in which case you will be refunded in full.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We currently deliver exclusively within South Africa.
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days from the date your order is dispatched.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, such as courier delays, weather, or public holidays.
Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our Store, including text, graphics, logos, images, and product designs, is the property of Ikaya Living / Urban Commerce (Pty) Ltd or our content suppliers, and is protected by South African and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from our Store without our prior written permission.

9. User Conduct

When using our Store, you agree not to:

Use the Store for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
Interfere with the proper functioning of the Store
Submit false or misleading information

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ikaya Living / Urban Commerce (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Store or products, including but not limited to loss of use, data, or profits.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under South African law, including the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

11. Consumer Rights

These Terms do not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer under South African law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our Store after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Store will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
